| 13-01-2009 | Spacecare have decided that following a successful year raising money in 2008, this year will see our efforts going toward raising money for the local air ambulance. As in 2008, the fund raising will be carried out by our staff and all funds raised will be matched by the Company. The final aim will be to hand over a substantial donation at the end of 2009. |

| 04-12-2008 | Bits Singh and Penny Hicks display the donation made by Spacecare's staff to Macmillan Cancer Support following a year of fund raising activities. The funds, some £1,475.44, were presented to Sara Thomas of the Shrewsbury Branch of MacMillan. Activities thoughout the year have varied from simply selling cake around the office to holding a mega Jenga Competition which was well supported by our suppliers - the following of which deserve special mention: Lightpower, Shropshire Roadsweepers, Krean Services and Arcox Fencing. The staff will shortly choose a worthy charity for 2009. |

| 18-09-2008 | Following our final external audit on 18th August 2008, we today received confirmation from Moody International (UKAS Accreditors) that we have achieved ISO 14001:2004 - the environmental standard. This is a fantastic achievement for the Company and makes Spacecare Limited one of a very elite club in its field of industry. |
