Following our final external audit on 18th August 2008, we today received confirmation from Moody International (UKAS Accreditors) that we have achieved ISO 14001:2004 - the environmental standard. This is a fantastic achievement for the Company and makes Spacecare Limited one of a very elite club in its field of industry. |

The Cheshire Cheese Pub was this years venue for the Companies Charity Jenga Competition held on Fri 22 August. A great time was had with superb food being provided by the Pub. The event which was well supported by our suppliers, our neighbours and our staff raised a total of £415.00 on the day with pledges for yet more cash - many many thanks. This brings the total raised so far this year to £741.78. Whatever amount is raised by the end of the year will be doubled by the Company and presented to our adopted charity for 2008 - MacMillan. |

Grounds Maint Operative Adam James not only achieved his NVQ 2 Amenity Horticulture following the completion of a 2 year apprenticeship with Spacecare and Walford College - but he gained the award for top student for his year. Great news and well done! |
